Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

TraitTune is committed to making its platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and develop our service with accessibility in mind so that as many people as possible can take an assessment, read their results, and use the AI features regardless of ability or assistive technology.

2. Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the reference standard under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, applicable from 28 June 2025) and is widely recognized internationally. Accessibility is an ongoing effort; some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet this target, and we are actively working to close any gaps.

3. Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for screen-reader compatibility
• Keyboard navigation for interactive elements
• Color-contrast targets aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA
• Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content
• Accessibility considerations in our design and review process

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or third-party components may not yet be fully accessible. Where we identify a limitation, we prioritize a fix and, where possible, offer an accessible alternative on request.
