Does the other person have to consent?

Yes. A comparison only resolves when both people have mutually consented. A block silently denies it. There are no notifications and no pressure on either side.

What if they already took the assessment?

Then no re-take is needed — the comparison computes from both of your existing results. New people take the assessment once via your link.

Do you show the raw scores?

No. Raw psychometric parameters never leave our servers. Connections shows derived 0–100 match scores and qualitative bands only.
